Malcolm Dick
Executive Chairman and Co-founder of CallPlus
In 1989 Malcolm, the Managing Director of Netway Communications, successfully established New Zealand’s first voice and data competitor to Telecom. In 1992 Malcolm co-founded Call Australia building the business into one of Australia’s top telecommunications providers, with 200 staff and an annual turnover in excess of $100 million. After selling Call Australia in 1997 Malcolm returned home to establish CallPlus.
Keith Goodall

Keith is also Chairman of several major private company groups and Deputy Chairman of a substantial Charitable Trust involved in education services in New Zealand and internationally. He has previously sat on the Boards of ihug NZ Ltd and iiNet Pty Ltd Australia and also held an appointment as a government appointee to a substantial state owned business.
Brook Paterson

Brook has 20 years of experience in the IT/Telco market in finance director and strategic development roles. Brook was until recently a director of Momentum Energy Pty Limited, a business he co-founded and which has now been sold, and was also co-founder of US-based mobile marketing business Txtstation Global Limited. Brook is a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
Rob Campbell

Rob is a director of several businesses including Turners & Growers Ltd, Lake Taupo Forest Management Ltd, and Guinness Peat Group, and also a number of private equity and hedge funds around the world. He is an experienced director of firms such as Freightways, Bank of New Zealand and Viaduct Harbour. He operates his own investment business, Tutanekai Investments. His academic qualifications are in economics.
