How it works

A call from a mobile phone to your toll free number is answered with the following message:

"Thanks for calling our toll free number. We've introduced a call back service for customers calling from a mobile phone. Please hang up now and we will call you back straight away".

Once the customer hangs up, the toll free number calls back the mobile. The call proceeds as normal once the call is answered - by either one of your team or an IVR. Termination of the toll free number can be on a landline, mobile number, menu routing or time of day routing.
